Balogh László pastry chef, who makes the centuries-old confectionery traditions survive and further develop them, graduated at the Secondary School of Hospitality of Keszthely in 1978. In October 1992 he opened with his family in Gyula The Small Craft Pastry shop. The pastry shop has been completely renovated in 2012, so guests can enjoy a confectionery products.
