We prepare our dishes exclusively with modern kitchen technology procedures from products sourced in Paris, Normandy, Belgium and Vienna. We do not use microwave ovens or deep-fryers, and do not work with frozen ingredients. The aim of our restaurant is not mass production, but the creation of handmade delicacies, which offer real culinary experiences to our Guests. We are inspired by the love and playfulness of our profession. Our trademarks are tradition, precision and quality. We are serving our dishes, in accordance with the popular degustation menus popular in Paris.
